Expo Plast Perú 2026｜FCS Expands Its Presence in South America

Expo Plast Perú 2026, a four-day international plastics industry exhibition, recently concluded at Villa Complejo Ferial in Lima, Peru.

Together with its local distributor, FCS Group showcased the SA-530 Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine at Booth F953, engaging with customers from Peru and across Latin America while further expanding its presence in the South American market.

At the show, FCS introduced its new-generation SA Series servo-hydraulic outward toggle injection molding machine to the South American market. With clamping forces from 100 to 3,200 tons, the series features a compact footprint and extended mold-opening stroke for applications including household goods, automotive parts, electronics, home appliances, and deep-container products.

During the live demonstration, the SA-530 produced a PP fruit tray with a 13-second cycle time. Its compact machine design saves floor space, while the optimized platen structure distributes clamping force evenly to support stable molding quality and part weight.

Designed for household products, packaging containers, and daily-use goods, the SA Series addresses the region’s demand for efficient and reliable injection molding. The SA-530 demonstration machine was also sold during the exhibition.

As South America’s plastics manufacturing sector continues to develop, Peru is becoming an important market for FCS in the region.
