Information Security Policy and Management Commitment

FCS Group (Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.) places great importance on information security management and is committed to establishing a comprehensive information security management framework. By strengthening information asset protection and risk management, FCS aims to ensure business continuity and sustainable development.

I. Information Security Policy

The Company's information security policy is as follows:

“To ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information assets, safeguard the rights and interests of customers, the Company, shareholders, employees, and suppliers, and fulfill our social responsibilities.”

To implement this policy, FCS continuously strengthens its information security governance and risk management, enhances information system and network security, establishes incident response and business continuity mechanisms, and conducts regular information security training for employees to improve overall security awareness and protection capabilities.

II. Implementation of ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System

To further enhance information security governance, strengthen its management framework, and align with international standards, FCS is actively implementing the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS), with the goal of obtaining third-party certification in 2026.

Moving forward, FCS will continue to reinforce information security risk management, internal audits, and continuous improvement practices to enhance business resilience, protect information assets, and safeguard the interests of all stakeholders.
