Leading AI Smart Manufacturing: FCS Injection Molding Machines Hit Record Sales at TaipeiPLAS 2026

The Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show (TaipeiPLAS 2026) has successfully concluded, with FCS shining brightly through its dual drivers of "Smart Manufacturing" and "Sustainability". Over the 5-day event, our bustling booth collected valid contact information from over 320 global prospects, leading to 46 intended deals and an estimated potential business value of NT$264 million.

Backed by exceptional technological strength, FCS achieved a 200% order target rate. Our FB dual-color machines, SA series outward toggle injection molding machines, and CT all-electric injection molding machines were highly favored. The export market momentum was particularly strong, with onsite orders from Malaysia and the Philippines. Notably, a visiting VIP delegation from Vietnam contributed to the sale of 22 machines—including the SA-1000—totaling an impressive NT$ 60 million. Overall, total exhibition orders surged to a record-breaking 32 machines, worth NT$ 80 million!

Flagship Lineup: Redefining Smart Manufacturing

FCS showcased its largest machine lineup ever, seamlessly connected by the iMF 4.0 Intelligent ManuFactory System to present a high-efficiency, low-carbon, and fully automated smart factory blueprint.

• SA-1000 Flagship High-Performance Molding System : Showcased the 1,000-ton large outward toggle injection molding machine with overall machine length shortened by 17% for ultimate compact efficiency. The 50-second high-efficiency automated demonstration producing woven-pattern plastic chairs was a major highlight.
• SA-160 AI Smart Molding System : Echoing the smart manufacturing theme, a fully automated live demonstration producing stationery trays was showcased. The system incorporates AI virtual metrology for real-time quality prediction and utilizes precise flow control to stabilize mold temperatures within 2°C, perfectly achieving quality assurance for high-end manufacturing processes.
• CT-120e All-Electric Low-Carbon Molding System : Partnering in an industry-academia alliance, FCS debuted the "Real-Time Multi-Stage Energy Consumption Statistical and Monitoring Technology," providing a solid data foundation for Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials applications and corporate carbon accounting.

TaipeiPLAS Awards: Recognizing R&D Excellence

FCS won one Gold and one Silver at this year's TaipeiPLAS Awards! The "AI Quality Self-Monitoring Injection Molding Machine" took Gold, while the "Mold Water Flow and Temperature Sensing & Control System" earned Silver. These technologies overcome traditional bottlenecks like testing lags and invisible water blockages, transforming machines into quality-assured smart units and significantly boosting customer investment confidence.

Expert Insights: AI-Driven Supply Chains

On September 17, Dr. Vicent Lin from the FCS FAE Center spoke at the "AI-Driven: Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Performance Optimization" forum. Presenting on "Scientific Molding and Data Networking," he shared how to optimize processes using AI and data networking, concluding with a guided tour of the smart factory setup at the FCS booth for a hands-on experience.
