Tailor-made for this competition, the "AI Quality Self-Inspection" technology leverages the excellent performance of the SA-160 injection molding machine to successfully upgrade quality management from traditional "manual sampling and after-the-fact detection" to "shot-by-shot prediction, auto sorting, and real-time anomaly alerts," creating a perfect production quality closed loop.

• Native Signals Low-Intrusion: It only requires capturing existing process native signals such as position, pressure, and speed of the SA-160 machine, operating precisely without the burden of adding expensive extra sensors.
• Edge AI Shot-by-Shot Prediction: AI models are deployed directly at the machine end to achieve real-time inference of weight and dimensions, upgrading the previous fixed-interval sampling to "every shot" quality prediction.
• Closed Loop Decision and LINE Real-time Alerts: The system automatically performs GOLDEN SAMPLE SPC baseline comparison.
