On April 28, FCS Dongguan successfully hosted a professional seminar at the Sinyi Technology Park Conference Center under the theme: “Data-Driven Production Line Management: Understanding Plastic Behavior Through Data to Achieve 24/7 Stable Molding.”

The seminar featured Dr. Vincent Lin from FCS Group as the keynote speaker, attracting strong participation from industry professionals to explore the application of data-driven technologies in injection molding production.

At the opening, Vice General Manager Ms. Sally Gao of FCS Dongguan delivered a welcome speech, expressing appreciation to the participants and outlining the company’s efforts in advancing smart injection molding and digital transformation.

Dr. Lin delivered an in-depth presentation on data-driven production management, noting that traditional injection molding relies heavily on experience, making precise control of material behavior difficult.

By leveraging systematic data collection, analysis, and feedback, manufacturers can better understand key parameters such as flow behavior, shrinkage, and crystallization, enabling predictive adjustments and closed-loop control.

He emphasized that a data-driven approach can reduce defects, improve consistency, and enable continuous 24/7 stable production.

Following the seminar, participants visited the Sinyi factory, where they explored automated production lines, intelligent warehousing systems, and data management operations. The visit provided a clearer understanding of how data-driven management and equipment integration are implemented in real production environments.
