Strong Debut, Proven Performance | FCS Achieves Outstanding Results at CHINAPLAS 2026
FCS Group delivered impressive results at CHINAPLAS 2026, with strong momentum throughout the four-day exhibition. At Booth 4.1 C56, FCS attracted significant attention from global industry professionals, achieving total signed orders exceeding RMB 36 million, covering key high-growth sectors including automotive components, precision medical applications, and smart packaging production lines. The event also marked the dual achievement of record-high contract value and on-site machine sales.
Innovative Lineup Showcased
At this year’s exhibition, FCS presented its latest innovation — the SA series outward toggle injection molding machine, alongside the 5th-generation FB-R Series multi-component machine, CT-R Series all-electric multi-component machine, and FA Series servo hydraulic injection molding machine.
Built around the concept of “space efficiency + advanced engineering”, FCS demonstrated a comprehensive product portfolio designed to meet diverse manufacturing demands.

SA Series Takes Center Stage
The SA Series outward toggle injection molding machine stood out as the highlight of the exhibition. In response to rising factory space and operational costs, FCS developed the SA Series to deliver high performance within a significantly reduced footprint.
While maintaining core performance in clamping force, injection precision, and operational stability, the SA Series achieves a 15–20% reduction in machine length compared to conventional models — delivering on the concept of “smaller footprint, greater performance.”
During the exhibition, two SA-350 high-speed models were showcased at both the FCS booth and the King Wai booth (4.1F78), operating with IML (In-Mold Labeling) systems to produce:
- Milk tea cups (7.5-second cycle)
- Milk powder lids (22-second cycle)
The machines demonstrated stable, high-efficiency performance and received strong market recognition — with one unit successfully sold on-site.

With its competitive product lineup and integrated solutions, the FCS booth maintained a high level of engagement throughout the exhibition. Continuous on-site negotiations and order signings reflected strong market confidence, marking a solid start to FCS’s continued growth momentum in 2026.
Factory Visit Strengthens Global Partnerships
Following the exhibition, international customers visited FCS’s smart manufacturing facility in Ningbo Qianwan New Area.
During the visit, General Manager Sam Kao introduced the development plan of the new facility, which represents a total investment of approximately USD 46 million, covering 100 mu of land with a total floor area of 97,800 square meters. The plant is designed with an annual capacity of 2,000 specialized injection molding machines, focusing on large two-platen injection molding machine and large horizontal rotary table two-component injection molding machine.
The facility plays a key role in FCS’s strategy to expand high-end equipment manufacturing and strengthen its global market presence. Visitors toured the precision machining workshops, digitalized production lines, and intelligent warehousing systems, gaining deeper insights into FCS’s capabilities in smart manufacturing, lean production, and quality control — further reinforcing confidence for future collaboration.
