Live from FEIMEC 2026|FCS Showcases New SA Series in Brazil
Recently, Latin America’s machinery industry welcomed one of its major events. From May 5 to 9, 2026, the 19th International Machinery and Equipment Exhibition – FEIMEC 2026 was held at the São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in Brazil.
Facing the highly competitive South American market, FCS Group participated in the exhibition together with its strong local agent, presenting the spotlight model: the SA Series outward-toggle injection molding machine.
The SA-160 demonstrated the production of ABS heart rate monitor housings on site. Featuring an outward-toggle structure, the machine delivers multiple advantages, including a 17% shorter machine length, 23% larger mold space, and 18% longer mold opening stroke, greatly improving factory space utilization and production flexibility.
In terms of precision, its servo closed-loop injection control achieves up to 99.9% injection weight stability, ensuring consistent product quality.
This successful exhibition marks an important step in FCS’s strategic development in the South American market. In 2025, FCS established a local sales and service presence in Brazil, continuing to provide high-quality, high-performance customized solutions while bringing service support closer to local customers.
Looking ahead, FCS will continue to follow the industrial transformation and manufacturing upgrade trends across South America. Guided by its corporate mission, “Shape a Better World,” FCS is committed to delivering higher-value injection molding solutions to global customers.
🔷 SA | Compact High-Efficiency Molding System
The SA Series compact outward-toggle injection molding machine is built around space efficiency, stable molding, and energy-saving performance, making it suitable for automotive components, packaging containers, daily-use products, and other applications.
At FEIMEC 2026, the SA Series demonstrated high-speed and stable molding performance, highlighting its integrated advantages in capacity, precision, and factory space utilization.
- Compact machine structure: Machine length reduced by 17%, effectively saving floor space and improving production line flexibility.
- Extended mold opening advantage: Total mold space increased by 23%, suitable for deep products or applications requiring larger take-out space.
- Optimized platen design: Platen rigidity increased by 30%, with clamping force directly applied to the platen center for greater molding stability.
- Servo energy-saving control: Injection time stability exceeds 99.9%, balancing productivity with energy efficiency.
🌍 2026 Global Exhibition Roadmap Continues
FCS continues to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia and will carry forward the theme of “High-Efficiency Molding × Smart Manufacturing.” Through equipment applications closely aligned with local industry needs, FCS aims to help customers improve mass production efficiency, stabilize product quality, and enhance overall competitiveness.
Next stop, FCS will head to Thailand for one of Southeast Asia’s key plastics and rubber industry exhibitions:
- InterPlas Thailand 2026
📅 June 17-20, 2026
📍 Bangkok, Thailand
🎯 Booth No. 3D19
At the show, FCS will exhibit the SA-400 high-speed compact injection molding machine, demonstrating the production of milk tea cups with a 1-mold, 6-cavity setup. The live demonstration will highlight the SA Series’ advantages in high-speed cycles, stable injection, and efficient mass production.
With its compact structure, center clamping design, and servo energy-saving control, the SA Series helps customers increase output per unit area while optimizing factory layout. It provides a more efficient molding solution for packaging containers, beverage cups, and daily-use products.
We welcome you to visit FCS and explore new opportunities together!
