FCS FB-R Series (5th Generation) Injection Molding Machine introduces a new clamping mechanism to further enhance energy efficiency, increasing overall rigidity by 15%. With upgraded rotary table specifications, mold load capacity is improved by 10%, while the adoption of a high-performance electric rotary table boosts production speed by 10%. In detailed design, the ejector and toggle adopt lubricated steel tubes, the clamping unit is equipped with linear guides, and the moving platen features a non-contact design with tie bars, resulting in a 15% increase in mold opening and closing speed. Additionally, the hydraulic base uses a linear rail structure for more precise control, while the injection unit is also equipped with linear guides, ultimately achieving 10% energy savings.
To address the issue of bubbles caused by negative pressure during oil pump suction, which can damage pumps and hydraulic components, the machine’s electro-hydraulic servo system adopts a return-oil filtration control method. This effectively improves energy conversion efficiency, ensuring smoother injection molding operations.
In terms of product precision, the FCS FB-R Series utilizes shared rectifier units to supply power for both the electro-hydraulic servo system and the electrified injection unit. This configuration allows the host computer to control multiple inverter units and servo motors to execute commands, thereby enhancing product accuracy and stability, achieving an injection repeat positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm.
The FB-R Series Injection Molding Machine also offers enhanced user convenience. The system has undergone comprehensive upgrades, optimizing the user interface (UI) and operational experience while adding multiple new functions. These improvements increase machine precision and responsiveness by 20%, provide real-time energy consumption display and optimization, and enhance overall energy efficiency. Following a full upgrade of the power system, the system pressure has been increased by 50%.

The machine’s footprint has been reduced by 15% for the same model specifications.
