CT-230R｜2K Synchronization × High-Speed Stability

The CT-230R is an all-electric two-component injection molding machine equipped with a high-precision rotary table and two independent injection units. It is particularly suited for advanced multi-material or multi-color applications such as automotive interiors, power tools, and medical devices.

At the show, the machine demonstrated the production of two-color household products using PP and TPE materials, achieving efficient in-mold dual-material molding. Key technical highlights include:

• ±0.005° rotary table positioning accuracy;
• Servo-driven rotary speed improved by 30–50%, effectively shortening cycle times;
• Linear guide rail injection units for precise backpressure control and reduced risk of material leakage;
• High repeatability and stable molding capability for mass production of complex, high-value parts.

In addition, the CT-230R is integrated with FCS’s proprietary iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing system, enabling production monitoring, energy tracking, predictive maintenance, and remote diagnostics—helping users improve overall equipment efficiency and product consistency.

CT-120e｜Precision All-Electric × Sustainable Applications

The CT-120e is FCS’s newly launched compact all-electric injection molding machine, featuring high-speed injection and excellent stability. It is designed specifically for cleanroom and high-precision applications such as optical components, medical consumables, and eco-friendly products.

At the exhibition, the CT-120e demonstrated sustainable eyewear frame molding using recycled PA6+GF material derived from discarded fishing nets, presenting the concept of the Hibāng Circular Eyewear system that embodies both design and sustainability. The machine offers:

• Injection speed up to 300 mm/s, suitable for fast filling;
• Tie-bar-free platen design to reduce contamination risk, ideal for cleanroom applications;
• Full servo closed-loop control system ensuring outstanding molding precision and stability;
• Advanced injection curve control for consistent molding quality when using recycled materials.

This circular molding application fully demonstrates FCS’s innovation in merging “Sustainable Materials × Smart Equipment.”
