Mission Accomplished! FCS Achieves Remarkable Results at K 2025, Paving a New Chapter in Sustainability

From October 8 to 15, 2025, the world’s largest plastics and rubber industry event, K 2025, was grandly held in Düsseldorf, Germany. This triennial bellwether attracted exhibitors from 60+ countries and 3,000+ companies, with themes centered on sustainability, digitalization, and the circular economy. From international media to industry observers, many pointed out that this year’s K Show further highlighted practical applications of “low-carbon manufacturing,” “smart factories,” and “plastic circularity,” making it an important stage for advancing net-zero goals across the global plastics and rubber industry.

Against this backdrop, Fu Chun Shin Group (FCS Group) presented the core theme of “Smart Manufacturing × Sustainability in Practice,” showcasing all-electric and multi-component systems at Hall 12 / B80 to demonstrate innovation from Taiwan to the world.

Technology Highlight 1: All-Electric × Multi-Color × Intelligent

  • 2K Household Tray Molding System | High-efficiency 2K molding meets diverse household product needs.

FCS used the CT-230R all-electric two-color injection molding machine to demonstrate a 20-second automated mass-production cycle of PP + TPE two-color trays, fully showcasing FCS’s strength in the 2K multi-material molding field, balancing productivity and sustainability.

  • CT-R Series | All-electric two-color injection molding machine
    • Servo rotary table: ±0.005° positioning accuracy, 30–50% faster rotation, ensuring stable, synchronized two-material molding.
    • Linear-guide injection unit: reduces friction and wear, extends machine life, and increases injection accuracy and speed.
    • High-efficiency mass production: ideal for multi-color household goods, automotive parts, and 3C housings, combining aesthetics with structural strength.
    • Intelligent integration: equipped with iMF 4.0 for real-time monitoring of production data, energy consumption, and quality, helping customers reduce costs and improve yield.

Technology Highlight 2: All-Electric × Circular × Precision

  • Hibāng Circular Eyewear Molding System|Made from recycled fishing nets, Hibāng eyewear is both stylish and sustainable.

FCS combined the CT-120e all-electric injection molding machine with PA6 + 17% GF material recycled from discarded fishing nets to produce eyewear frames that are both fashionable and eco-conscious, with a 27-second cycle. This machine not only showcases the value of plastics recycling and reuse but also echoes FCS’s “Shape a Better World” brand spirit, becoming a model case that links environmental protection × manufacturing × design.

  • CT-e Series | All-electric injection molding machine
    • High-speed injection: injection speeds up to 300 mm/s, suitable for thin-wall parts and precision optical components.
    • Clean-room design: tie-bar-less platen configuration supports dust-free requirements in medical and optical industries.
    • Energy-saving control: full-servo closed-loop control reduces energy consumption by over 50% compared with conventional hydraulic machines, enabling low-carbon manufacturing.
    • High repeatability: ensures stable quality when processing recycled materials, balancing function and appearance.

Technology Highlight 3: Sustainability × Materials × Smart Manufacturing

Beyond live machine demonstrations, FCS also set up an ESG zone to display related application technologies:

  • iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing system, enabling real-time, data-driven monitoring of mass-production machines via mobile devices to help customers reduce energy use and production waste.
  • GENTREX micro-foaming midsole molding technology, a low-carbon footwear solution jointly developed by FCS, TK, and TREXEL, featuring light weight, comfort, and eco-advantages. At the booth, both FCS and TK teams wore Decathlon France’s newly launched KipX comfort running shoes produced on GENTREX equipment this year.
  • ESG circular material applications, including MuCell micro-foaming products, PET recycled pallets, recycled fishing-net nylon products, and plant-fiber molded food containers—offering customers diverse and practical solutions amid global calls for carbon reduction and resource circularity.

Exhibition Results: Surpassing Targets and Earning Market Recognition

Over the eight-day show, the FCS team demonstrated a “mission-accomplished” spirit. The exhibition drew a total of 249 qualified buyers, with intended deals nearing USD 5 million. On-site order conversion reached 102%, and both exhibited machines were successfully sold—exceeding the team’s original goals. Orders rolled in from day one and continued until the very end; even a last-minute phone negotiation before a customer boarded their flight secured one more deal! Every salesperson achieved impressive on-site orders, showcasing the team’s professionalism and drive.

Notably, FCS’s visitor origins were wide-ranging: while firmly rooted in Asia and Europe, there was strong growth potential from emerging markets in Africa and the Middle East, and high-value order opportunities in the Americas—further underscoring the breadth and depth of FCS’s global footprint.

During the show, FCS also received media interview requests from Germany, Spain, Brazil, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Mainland China, along with visits from elite corporate delegations from Taiwan, adding vibrancy to the booth.

K 2025 was not only a showcase but also the best stage for the FCS global “mission-accomplished” spirit. From demonstrations of sustainable technologies to breakthroughs in cross-border deals, FCS left a strong impression in Düsseldorf. Next, we carry this momentum to Indonesia, continuing to expand our international influence and together “Shape a Better World”.

Next Stop: PRI 2025 Indonesia—Continuing the Journey
