K 2025 – the world's largest and most influential trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry – will take place from October 8 to 15, 2025, in Düsseldorf, Germany. ⚡ CT-230R|2K Synchronization × High-Speed Stability

The CT-230R is an all-electric two-component injection molding machine equipped with a high-precision rotary table and dual independent injection units. It is especially suitable for high-end multi-material or multi-color applications such as automotive interiors, power tools, and medical devices.

At the show, the CT-230R will demonstrate a dual-color overmolding process using PP and TPE to produce a two-color household product. Technical highlights include:

  • ±0.005° rotary table positioning accuracy
  • Servo-driven rotation speed improved by 30–50%, significantly reducing cycle times
  • Linear-guide injection unit for precise back pressure control and reduced material overflow
  • High repeatability and production stability, ideal for complex, high-value components

The machine is also integrated with the “iMF 4.0 Intelligent Manufactory System, developed in-house by FCS, enabling real-time production monitoring, energy tracking, predictive maintenance, and remote diagnostics — optimizing both equipment efficiency and product quality.

⚡ CT-120e|Precision All-Electric × Sustainable Applications

The CT-120e is FCS’s latest compact all-electric injection molding machine, designed for clean, high-speed, and highly stable production — ideal for optical, medical, and environmentally friendly product applications.

During K 2025, the CT-120e will be paired with PA6+GF material regenerated from ocean-recovered fishing nets to produce eco-friendly eyewear frames. This is part of the Circular Eyewear Molding System, which embodies the fusion of design and sustainability. Key features include:

  • Injection speed up to 300 mm/s for rapid filling
  • Tie-bar-free clamping design for minimal contamination, ideal for cleanroom use
  • Full-servo closed-loop control for high-precision molding
  • Advanced injection profile control for stable processing of recycled materials

🌱 Lightweight Molding Technologies|MuCell® × GENTREX Foaming Systems

FCS will also introduce two advanced microcellular foaming technologies that support carbon and material reduction strategies:

  • MuCell® Foaming Technology: Developed in collaboration with Trexel (USA), this system utilizes supercritical fluid injection to significantly reduce product weight, material usage, and injection pressure while enhancing dimensional stability. It is well-suited for footwear, 3C packaging, and automotive components.

  • GENTREX Foaming System: Co-developed with Tien Kang Group (Taiwan), this platform is specialized for TPU、TPEE、PEBA 、EVA-POE、SEBS… (thermoplastic elastomer) foaming, offering high elasticity and low-carbon solutions for midsoles, bicycle parts, and scooter components requiring cushioning and comfort.
