Smart Manufacturing × Regional Expansion｜FCS Launches ASEAN Showcases and Debuts New Tech in Taichung

With the rapid transformation of ASEAN manufacturing, FCS Group is actively expanding its regional footprint. In June 2025, FCS took part in both HanoiPlas and InterPlas Thailand, showcasing two injection molding solutions — the all-electric CT-80e and the high-speed thin-wall model SA-290h — to demonstrate its strength in smart and sustainable manufacturing technologies.

🇻🇳 HanoiPlas 2025: All-Electric Precision for Electronics Molding

At HanoiPlas, FCS demonstrated its all-electric CT-80e injection molding machine, paired with the self-developed iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing system to produce precision electronic components. With high-speed response, oil-free cleanliness, and 50% energy savings, the machine is ideal for electronics, medical, and cleanroom applications. The event showcased FCS's growing capabilities in the small precision molding sector while aligning with Vietnam's focus on industrial upgrades and sustainability.

Over the four-day show, the booth attracted 38 valid buyers. FCS secured orders for 8 machines, highlighting strong market recognition of its all-electric solutions and trusted brand expertise.

🇹🇭 InterPlas Thailand 2025: Speed & Precision for Thin-Wall Packaging
• Date: June 18–21, 2025
• Venue: BITEC Bangkok, Booth 3D11

In Bangkok, FCS presented its SA-290h high-speed hydraulic injection machine, designed for thin-wall containers such as food trays and takeaway boxes. With multi-cavity mold capability and an optimized drive system, it delivers both production speed and energy efficiency, meeting the packaging industry's need for fast and low-consumption processes.

The show drew 75 valid visitors, resulting in 16 potential deals totaling USD 3.4 million. The exhibited SA-290h unit was sold onsite, and another HN-150 machine was also confirmed during the show, further proving FCS’s product flexibility across applications.

Building on strong ASEAN momentum, FCS will next appear at the 2025 Taichung Plastics & Rubber Industry Show from July 3–7 at Booth 5062. On display will be two latest solutions: the CT-230R All-Electric Two-Component IMM and the SA-160 Toggle Hydraulic IMM.

The CT-230R focuses on precise twin injection and energy-saving features, ideal for multi-material household goods. The SA-160 debuts with five smart function modules tailored for short-run production, intelligent monitoring, and space optimization. Both are integrated with the iMF 4.0 system, presenting the next step in smart molding and diversified process upgrading.
