From July 3 to 7, 2025, the 2025 Taichung Plastics and Rubber Industry Show will be held at the Taichung International Exhibition Center. FCS Group will showcase two key machines at Booth 5062—the CT-230R All-Electric Two-Component Injection Molding Machine and the SA-160 Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine, highlighting its strength in Precision Two-Component Molding × Smart Short-Run Production. This exhibition also marks the debut of the SA-160 model with multiple Smart Functional Modules, integrated with the iMF 4.0 Intelligent Manufacturing System, setting a new benchmark in smart injection molding.

Molding Demo: Dual-color PP+TPE Foldable Basket × iMF 4.0 Intelligent Manufacturing System
The CT-R series is designed by FCS for multi-color and multi-material applications, widely used in automotive, medical, and 3C high-value product mass production. The showcased CT-230R will be paired with the in-house developed iMF 4.0 system to mold a PP+TPE dual-color foldable basket (1+1 cavities), demonstrating precise rotary table positioning, dual-injection coordination, and energy-efficient production capabilities.

First-Time Debut: Three New Smart Process Monitoring Technologies
FCS introduces three cutting-edge smart process monitoring technologies on the new SA-160 Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine, showcasing the next level in energy-efficient hydraulic molding.
The SA-160 is part of FCS’s latest “ultra-short” hydraulic servo energy-saving series, equipped with a long opening stroke and outward toggle design—perfect for deep barrel molds and large parts.
Key Highlights:
- Closed-loop servo injection control with >99.9% shot time stability
- 17% shorter machine length saves valuable floor space
- 18% longer opening stroke with larger tie-bar spacing and platen area, +23% mold space
- 30% stronger platen rigidity boosts part weight stability by 40%
The machine supports OPC UA communication and integration with MES and energy management platforms. In this exhibition, it will mold ABS stationery trays (1 cavity), paired with five smart modules and the iMF 4.0 system to enable intelligent production with stability.
