At the show, FCS will demonstrate the 100-ton FB‑100C model producing a single-cavity, 50g PS multicolor cup with automated robotic take-out. The FB‑C Series features two independently controlled injection units, allowing flexible adjustment of pressure and speed to achieve diverse patterns, gradients, or multicolor effects. It is ideal for applications where product appearance and design are paramount.

This machine also supports standard single-color molds and can directly produce multicolor products, increasing flexibility. It is especially suitable for items with different inner and outer materials, such as dual-color packaging, lightweight parts, or those partially made from recycled plastic. With one-shot molding, it replaces complex secondary processes, streamlining production and reducing costs.
