InterPlas Thailand 2026|FCS SA-400 Highlights Smart Manufacturing for Food Packaging
On June 17, InterPlas Thailand 2026 opened at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). As one of Southeast Asia’s leading exhibitions for the plastics and rubber industry, the event gathered professional suppliers from injection molding, mold making, automation, packaging, and smart manufacturing, reflecting the region’s strong momentum toward manufacturing upgrades.
FCS Group showcased the SA-400 High-Speed Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine at Booth 3D19. Integrated with an in-mold labeling (IML) system, the solution highlighted FCS’s capabilities in high-speed molding, smart integration, and efficient mass production for the food packaging industry.
SA-400 with IML: High-Speed Molding for Food Packaging
At the show, the FCS SA-400 High-Speed Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine demonstrated a 6-cavity IML milk tea cup solution, covering label handling, molding, and product take-out through stable automation. It attracted strong interest from food packaging, daily goods, and thin-wall container professionals.
The live demo received positive feedback, and the machine was sold during the show, proving the SA Series’ market appeal and production readiness for high-speed packaging.
As demand grows for takeaway drinks, ready-to-eat meals, and retail packaging, food packaging manufacturers need more than speed. For cups, containers, lids, and meal boxes, molding stability, label accuracy, cycle efficiency, appearance, weight consistency, and automation all affect brand value and cost.
The FCS SA Series High-Speed Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine delivers stable high-speed, space-saving production for packaging and thin-wall products. With IML, labeling is completed during molding, reducing secondary labeling, printing, and manual work.
For food packaging producers, IML Turnkey Solution improves appearance, durability, and mass production efficiency for cups, food boxes, dairy containers, and other packaging. The SA-400 demo highlighted FCS’s strengths in high-speed packaging, automation integration, and mass production.
Strengthening Local Support in Thailand and Southeast Asia
Thailand and Southeast Asia remain key growth markets in FCS’s global strategy. With long-term market development in mind, FCS established a direct office in Thailand years ago. Today, it has become a regional service hub covering business support, technical solution planning, spare parts supply, and local customer service. FCS continues to enhance its local response capability through pre-sales consultation, molding process support, local spare parts availability, and professional service teams. This helps customers shorten project lead times, improve maintenance efficiency, and start production with greater confidence.
From single machine supply to complete production line integration, FCS continues to respond to customer needs with market-oriented solutions. Moving forward, FCS Group will focus on smart manufacturing, automation integration, and energy-saving molding technologies, providing reliable and competitive injection molding solutions for food packaging and more industries worldwide.
