FCS LN-1100 Multi-Component Injection Molding Machine Wins Zhejiang First Prize

Ningbo FCS has received the First Prize of the 2026 Zhejiang Plastics Machinery Science and Technology Progress Award for its LN-1100 heavy-duty rotary-shaft multi-component injection molding machine. The recognition highlights FCS’s R&D capabilities in large-scale multi-component injection molding equipment.

 

Multi-component injection molding combines different materials, colors, or functional structures within one molding cycle. This reduces secondary assembly, improves production efficiency, and enhances product consistency. The technology is widely used in automotive lighting, interior and exterior trim, sealing components, control buttons, and hard-soft material parts.

Designed for large automotive molds with high weight, rotational inertia, and strict positioning requirements, the LN-1100 features a high-capacity rotary-shaft structure. It improves mold support, rotation control, and molding stability, providing a reliable mass-production solution for large and complex multi-component automotive parts.
