2023 Remuneration Management Committee Resolutions

 

 2023/12/20 The 6th meeting of the 5th Remuneration Management Committee


Motion:

  1. Details of receipt of operating bonuses in the third quarter and third quarter of 2023.
    Resolution result: All members present approved the decision without objection.

  2. FCS Group - The estimated year-end bonus for 2023 is NT$17,279,914 (only for Taiwanese employees and overseas Taiwanese employees).
    Deliberation result: After discussion by all members present, the bill was passed without objection.
    The company's handling of the opinions of the salary and remuneration committee: submission to the board of directors must be approved by all directors present.

  3. Formulating the work plan of the remuneration committee for 2024.

  2. Review the number of supervisor bonuses received in 2022 and propose for discussion.
    Deliberation result: After discussion by all members present, the bill was passed without objection.
