- Develop iMF 4.0 energy monitoring and smart management to help customers reduce energy consumption and improve OEE through data.
- Install rooftop solar photovoltaic systems : increase the proportion of green electricity, support self-consumption and carbon reduction, and continue to expand the green energy deployment in various plant areas.
- Promote green products (such as GENTREX physical micro-foaming and all-motor systems) to help customers reduce materials and carbon emissions.
- Sustainable resource recycling and water conservation , pollution control meeting standards, and zero major environmental accidents.
Society
- Implement occupational safety and health management and education and training to create a safe and friendly workplace.
- Strengthening supply chain co-prosperity : Conducting inspections and providing energy conservation guidance in parallel to enhance partner resilience.
- We will deepen local care and talent cultivation , and invest in vocational and technical cooperation and social participation.
Governance
- Improving corporate governance : Board functions and performance management, and the operation of functional committees.
- Strengthen legal compliance and cybersecurity : institutionalize management and normalize employee cybersecurity training.
