FCS Group Shines at DMP 2025 with Strong Results
On November 5, the 2025 DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo (hereinafter referred to as “DMP Expo”) officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. With the theme “Collaborative Industrial Chain · Intelligent Future Creation,” the expo introduced several innovations—including China-style machine tool showcases, high-end technology summits, and cross-industry resource integration—to inject fresh momentum into the manufacturing sector of the Greater Bay Area and across the nation.
At booth 10C21, FCS Group showcased multiple injection molding solutions, covering single-color, two-color, precision molding, energy-saving systems, and multi-material applications. The booth attracted numerous new and long-term partners for active engagement and discussions.

FB-300Re | 5th-Generation Two-Color IMM
The FB-Re Series rotary-type electric two-color injection molding machine represents FCS’s fifth-generation multi-component technology, covering clamping forces from 160 to 1,900 tons. It is widely applied in automotive lamp housings, daily-use products, and other multi-color applications. Servo-motor-driven rotary motion increases rotation speed by over 10%. A high-efficiency dual-servo power system meets China’s Level-1 energy-efficiency standard (≤0.40 kWh/kg), while system pressure increases by 50%. A new clamping mechanism enhances structural rigidity by 15%. The upgraded rotary table supports 10% higher mold load and delivers 10% faster rotation. Lubricated steel tubes for ejection and toggles, linear guides in the clamping unit, and a non-contact design between the moving platen and tie bars increase mold-opening and closing speed by 15%. The FB-300Re showcased SMMA food-storage container molding on-site.
CT-180R | All-Electric Two-Color IMM
The CT-R series all-electric multi-component dual-color injection molding machine, launched in 2020, targets high-precision and high-cleanliness multi-color molding. Multiple independent injection units allow synchronized molding and significantly reduce cycle time. The electric rotary table operates with high speed and stability, increasing rotation by 30–50% and achieving 0.005° positioning accuracy. Linear guides minimize back pressure, preventing nozzle or hot-runner overflow. A top-tier European servo system delivers 200 mm/s injection speed with 0.01 mm precision. The 21.5-inch touchscreen provides intuitive control and supports smart manufacturing. At the expo, the CT-180R molded dual-material automotive connector housings using nylon + 30% glass fiber and liquid silicone rubber (LSR).
SA-350 | Outward-Toggle IMM
The SA series is FCS's newly released short-body precision injection molding machine is FCS’s newly introduced compact precision injection molding machine. Besides upgraded specifications, the design emphasizes ergonomics and aesthetics. It integrates advanced electrical control and supports the FCS iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing system. The series combines performance, efficiency, and intelligence, serving industries such as household goods, stationery, automotive, 3C, and home appliances, with clamping forces ranging from 100 to 3,200 tons. The SA-350 exhibited at the show produced PET preforms on-site.
