In celebration of its 50th anniversary, FCS Group is proud to announce its participation in the inaugural TainanPLAS 2024, a premier event in the plastic and rubber industry. The exhibition will take place from March 21 to 24 at the Tainan Exhibition Center, adjacent to the High-Speed Rail Tainan Station. FCS will unveil cutting-edge injection molding solutions, including the Super Short – Outward Toggle Energy Saving Injection Molding Machine SA Series, and the Ultra precision - All-electric Injection Molding Machine CT-e Series. A live demonstrations of high-quality PC safety goggles injection molding will be showcased.

Established in 1974, FCS has been at the forefront of the plastics industry, witnessing its evolution and driving technological innovation. TainanPLAS marks FCS's first exhibition in Taiwan this year, and the company is eager to share its accumulated 50 years of technological achievements with industry peers and customers.

FCS Unveils Two Key Products at the Exhibition: SA Series and CT-e Series

At the exhibition, FCS will introduce two standout products, the Super Short – Outward Toggle Energy Saving Injection Molding Machine SA Series, and the Ultra precision - All-electric Injection Molding Machine CT-e Series. Live demonstrations of the PC safety goggles molding will take place, allowing visitors to take away fully assembled products. These two series represent FCS's latest achievements in the field of injection molding, incorporating more efficient and energy-saving technological advancements to provide customers with superior solutions.

Innovation Spotlight One: SA Series

The SA Series is FCS's latest innovation, featuring an externally curved hydraulic servo energy-saving model with clamping forces ranging from 100 to 400 tons. It is suitable for a wide range of industries, including household goods, stationery, automotive, 3C, and home appliances. The SA-160, with a clamping force of 160 tons, will be showcased at the exhibition, demonstrating automated production of PC goggles temples with a cycle time of 35 seconds.

Machine features:

• Servo injection with a closed-loop, stable injection time exceeding 99.9%, and excellent molding weight stability.
• Direct application of clamping force to the center of the mold, ensuring even force distribution, reducing the probability of defects, and improving product yield.
• 23% reduction in clamp length, optimizing floor space and enhancing factory utilization.
• 16% increase in mold opening stroke, suitable for molding deeper products.
• Innovation Spotlight Two: CT-e Series - Ultra-precision All-electric Injection Molding Machine

Innovation Spotlight Two: CT-e Series

FCS's CT-e fully electric injection molding machine boasts high efficiency, stability, and energy-saving advantages, garnering attention in the global ESG landscape. The CT-180e, with a clamping force of 180 tons, will be exhibited, showcasing a 40-second cycle time for the production of PC material goggles lenses.

Machine Features:

• Utilizes high-performance servo systems, controllers, and Ethernet bus technology for precise injection control (0.01mm).
• Excellent pressure closed-loop operation control for faster and more precise mold adjustment.
• Equipped with intelligent mold low-pressure protection and injection compression functions, significantly reducing the risk and stress on molds.
