The 80-ton clamping force fully electric motor exhibited here is used to produce one mold with two cavities for Fresnel lenses, providing a solution with stable optical quality.

New generation intelligent molding system: FA-160
A high-efficiency and energy-saving model essential for mass production, this machine combines performance, efficiency, and intelligence. It also integrates the advantages of advanced electronic control systems to meet the needs of high-end customers. This intelligent injection molding machine produces two cavities in one mold and features a patented multi-functional storage box with automatic removal and multiple intelligent peripheral detection systems, perfectly embodying smart manufacturing technology.
