Introduction
It is sandwich/interval injection molding equipment, which is suitable for producing two-component sandwich, interval, pattern and other products. With its clamping force ranging from 100 tons to 470 tons.
- The two injection units are designed independently and can be set to different pressure speeds, which can generate different pattern changes.
- For products with different outer and inner-layer materials, traditional two-step insert molding becomes one-step.
- Ordinary monochrome mold can also use the type of injection, and become multi-component products.
