Rotary Table Two-Component Injection Molding Machine (FB-R Series)

Two-Platen Multi-Component Injection Molding Machine (GW-R Series)

Each injection unit is equipped with high-precision closed-loop control technology to improve repetition accuracy and optimize product quality.
The X-type four-injection units are distributed in rectangular four corners, the injection unit structure is concentrated and compact, and the layout is flexible, which can meet the molding needs of a variety of products.
The four injection units can be adapted to a variety of mold requirements and can be flexibly selected. Two-component, three-component, and four-component products can be efficiently and flexibly produced without moving or changing the injection units.
The machine has large-diameter vertical turntable and rotation space, which can carry up to 25 tons of modules through a special bearing design.
The turntable is controlled by servo motor, and runs at high speed. The latch mechanism realizes the double accurate positioning of six positions, ensuring the rotation accuracy of the turntable. Multi-component injection molding of two stations, three stations and four stations can be realized.
Matched with the proportional valve and ejector, and the core pull simultaneous function, the machine can meet the needs of accurate mold opening and closing control and fast cycle.
The high-strength separate sliding guide structure design improves the bearing capacity and stability of the movable mold plates.
An optional tie-bar puller is available to overcome the height limitations in the factory while mold changing.
