El Salvador is located in the north of Central America. It is the smallest country in Central America, but it is also a place where many adventure kings start new businesses. SANCHIA, a client of FCS in El Salvador, is known as the largest plastic furniture company in Central America with five factories. Its products are mainly exported to Central and South America. The client recently delivered the good news that the double tub washing machine produced by SANCHIA was awarded with "the New Export Product" and the client "Exporter of the Year" by the El Salvador government in December 2021. The company SANCHIA is founded in El Salvador by Mr. HS Juang, a Taiwanese businessman. The company mainly produces all kinds of plastic furniture, which is not only famous for its firmness and durability but also imitates real patterns such as rattan weaving. Mr. Juang said with a smile, “If you buy a chair of this kind, you can sit on it for a lifetime and it won't break down.” Plastic has the advantages of lightweight, durability, high plasticity, and various simulated appearances. The style change and durability of plastic furniture require the integration of various elements, including product design, raw material technology, mold design, and injection molding technology. The raw materials and machines used by SANCHIA to produce plastic furniture are made in Taiwan. Mr. Juang has purchased FCS injection molding machines since 2008, with large and small machines ranging from 150 tons to 2000 tons of clamping force. FCS is honored to work with Mr. Juang overseas so that he has no worries about production and can continue to maintain the position as the pride of Taiwan in Central and South America
