TaipeiPLAS 2022, a five-day physical exhibition, attracted 12,500 visitors from more than 40 countries, with an online exhibition of over 10,000 visitors from more than 14 countries. The theme of the exhibition this year closely followed the trends of industrial smart upgrade and circular economy. FCS exhibited the green footwear material of GENTREX cooperating with TienKang and the FA-e series with the characteristics of electric high efficiency and energy saving on-site. FCS is all committed to sustainable development in terms of material application or manufacturing processes. During the exhibition, FCS attracted nearly 400 customers to visit, whose performance exceeded NTD 90 million, and we're looking forward to the K 2022 in Germany and the exhibition in Vietnam and Indonesia to make great achievements. Facing the challenges in the post-pandemic era, we are expecting how FCS continuously launches various new injection molding machine solutions.

 

Advanced Servo Hydraulic Molding Machine: FA-160e

On-site display machine, the FA-160e Advanced Servo Hydraulic IMM with Electric-Driven Injection Unit equipped with Servo Pump AI Predictive Monitoring System had won the Plastic Injection Molding Machine 1st Prize and Automatic Intelligence Plastic & Rubber Molding Machine, Auxiliary Equipment, and System 1st Prize in the 2022 Taiwan Plastics & Rubber Machinery Excellence in Research and Innovation Award. After winning the 29th Quality Award of FA Intelligent High-efficiency and Energy-saving Injection Machine by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2021, this series has been affirmed again!

FA-e adopts an all-electric injection/storage design to gain precise control of injection position/speed, which makes this series suitable for the production of medical equipment and other high-precision products. Combined with a precision ball guide screw and linear sliding rail, this series achieves smooth injection with low energy consumption and low noise, enabling itself to work at high speed, high pressure, and other harsh molding conditions. Coupled with a new generation of hydraulic clamping die units, this series mixes oil and electricity and takes their perspective advantages, which is the most competitive and unique advantage of this series.

 

All-Electric Multi-Component Molding Machine: CT-230R

Sales of FCS's two-component injection molding machines hit new highs every year. FCS's two-component machines have five types with injection units up to 20 kinds of configuration flexibility, which can fully cover the mold design of various industries or achieve multi-task customization of production lines. At the exhibition site, we used an all-electric and two-component machine with a clamping force of 230 tons, which is paired with food-grade PP and TPE elastomer, to automatically display a two-color and two-component airtight container with the body and cover molded at one time. The advantage of no secondary process attracted great attention from on-site visitors.

The CT-R series, combining FCS's two advantages of all-electric and two-component, is suitable for multi-color products of high precision and low pollution. Adopting multiple independent barrels for smart injection greatly shortens the cycle time. The rate of the servo rotary table improved by 30%-50% and the positioning precision up to 0.005° make injection molding products more precise and stable.

LM-500 Two-platen Injection Molding Machine
FCS, together with Polystar recycling technology, combines some recycled materials with LM-500 to form a 450 g large portable toolbox of one mold with one cavity.
