2025 FCS Outlook: Stepping Towards an AI-Driven Sustainable Future
In 2024, FCS celebrates its 50th anniversary. In addition to launching the fifth-generation multi-component IMM, also held an opening ceremony at its new factory in Ningbo Qianwan New Area. With the production capacity of multi-component and large machines driving growth, FCS is preparing to join the ranks of the top ten injection molding machine companies in the world.
Green Sustainability
Amid green and carbon trends, FCS and TK introduce "GENTREX: Physically Foamed Heat-Plasticized Green Shoe Material," using MuCell (micro-foaming molding) technology for shoe midsoles. This innovation has made FCS successfully entered NIKE’s international supply chain with its "smart manufacturing solution for plastic injection molding of athletic shoe soles", resulting in more than 60 injection molding machines in 2024.
In addition, in 2024, FCS also achieved impressive results of large injection molding machines:
- FCS successfully developed the LM-1700e Large Two-Platen All-Electric IMM and delivered it to Japanese home appliance manufacturer. Compared to two-platen hydraulic machines, it achieves a carbon reduction of over 36% annually.
- FCS launched the GW-R Two-Platen Multi-Component IMM, which not only meets the automotive industry's demand for lightweight, but also features an X-type design that enables efficient and flexible production.
- FCS successfully developed the SA-3200 Large Outward Toggle IMM, for producing plastic pallets. Its compact clamping unit design reduces the occupied floor space by 20%, significantly improving factory space utilization.

AI Leading the Future
FCS has applied iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing factory system helps customers improve product yield, enhance carbon reduction capabilities, and, through AI-based fault prediction technology, increase machine efficiency, indirectly lowering carbon emissions, especially in industries such as automotive parts, electronics, water treatment. As a result, in 2024, FCS has once again achieved a milestone of over 450,000 US dollars in sales.
Global Excellence
In addition to its five factories worldwide, FCS is actively expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, offering tailored services. In 2024, FCS excelled in over 20 global exhibitions, securing over a 10 million US dollars in orders.
