Midsummer Month: FCS's Asia Exhibitions Filled with Excitement

FCS Group has been deeply involved in the field of plastic injection molding for 50 years. In addition to its five production bases located in Taiwan, Dongguan, Ningbo, and India, the group continues to expand its presence in neighboring Southeast Asian countries. FCS has established subsidiaries in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia to provide local customers with fast and convenient after-sales services.

At this June's prominent plastics and rubber exhibitions across Asia, FCS showcased its differentiated strategies, presenting intelligent, green energy, high-speed, and comprehensive solutions. From Hanoi, Vietnam, to Chennai, India, and then to Bangkok, Thailand, each stop attracted key buyers. Notably, all exhibited machines were sold on-site, drawing 226 effective visitors and generating potential orders worth US$4 million, making it a highly fruitful endeavor.

HanoiPlas 2024(6/5~6/8)

From June 5 to 8, 2024, the Vietnam Hanoi International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (HanoiPlas 2024) will be held at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (ICE). During the four-day event, FCS will present its CT-e all-electric injection molding machine, showcasing a complete solution for 3C electronics. On-site, it will produce router housings with a 1-cavity mold and a 36-second cycle time.

The all-electric machine employs a high-performance servo system, providing precise and stable control capabilities, making it suitable for the food packaging, optical, medical, and electronics industries. Its sleek design not only attracts on-site spectators but also offers the FCS team the opportunity to engage with Vietnamese customers face-to-face.

IPLAS 2024 (6/14~6/17)

From June 14 to 17, the India Chennai International Plastics Exhibition (IPLAS 2024), the largest plastics and rubber exhibition in South India, will take place. FCS will showcase its CT-e all-electric machine and HN servo energy-saving machine at this biennial event. The on-site demonstration will feature a 20-second cycle time solution for molding mobile power bank housings, attracting significant attention from local buyers in South India.

FCS invested in establishing a factory in India in 2019. Despite facing severe challenges such as Covid-19 and global political and economic conditions, the company began to achieve profitability and gradual growth starting in the second quarter of 2023. This exhibition continues the momentum from the Mumbai and Delhi shows. Not only were the exhibited machines successfully sold, but FCS also enhanced its brand recognition in Chennai, a well-known hub for the electronics industry.

InterPlas Thailand 2024 (6/19~6/22)

Following this, from June 19 to 22, the Thailand International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (InterPlas Thailand) will be held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). As Southeast Asia's most comprehensive and largest flagship exhibition for plastics and rubber manufacturing, FCS will showcase its SA-h high-speed intelligent molding system. The system will demonstrate high-speed production of 25-cavity spoons with a 12-second cycle time, running continuously throughout the event.

The SA-h/p series is a highly sought-after high-speed injection molding machine from FCS, with clamping forces ranging from 170 to 1000 tons. It is widely applicable for thin-wall packaging and container packaging products in the food and medical industries. Equipped with a standard high-speed proportional valve, it offers faster mold opening response, precise positioning, and shorter cycle times, making it suitable for rapid mass production. Paired with the iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing factory system, it replaces manual data collection with intelligent computing, providing real-time operational status and reports, improving product yield, and reducing production waste.
