FCS to Showcase Low-Carbon Smart Injection Molding Solutions at TAINANPLAS 2026

FCS Group will present its latest low-carbon and smart injection molding technologies at Booth 5010 during TAINANPLAS 2026.

The exhibit will feature the FB-280R Multi-Component Rotary Machine, the CT-120e All-Electric Injection Molding Machine, and FCS’s proprietary smart manufacturing system, iMF 4.0 intelligent ManuFactory, achieving up to 55% energy savings compared with conventional injection molding machines while demonstrate advancements in energy efficiency, process integration, and intelligent factory control.

CT-120e All-Electric Injection Molding Machine

High Speed. High Precision. Lower Energy Consumption

The CT-120e all-electric injection molding machine features a fully servo-driven electric architecture with energy consumption below 0.37 kWh/kg, combining precision performance with reduced power usage. Injection speed reaches 300 mm/s, with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm, ensuring dimensional stability and consistent quality in thin-wall production.

At the exhibition, FCS will run a two-cavity PP stackable storage box application with a cycle time of approximately 15 seconds, integrated with robotic part removal and stacking. The setup highlights efficient, low-energy mass production for industrial applications.

FB-280R Multi-Component Rotary Injection Molding Machine

Flexible 2K–6K Configurations. Single-Cycle Integration

The FB-280R Rotary Multi-Component Injection Molding Machine equipped with a 180° high-precision rotary positioning system and independent injection units, enabling two-color molding within a single cycle. FCS will demonstrate a 1+1 cavity PP two-color dot-pattern bowl with a cycle time of approximately 30 seconds, showcasing integrated aesthetic and functional molding capability.

Beyond two-color applications, the FB-R series supports 2K to 6K multi-component configurations, offering parallel, vertical, opposed, and piggyback injection layouts to accommodate diverse product structures and mold designs.

Synchronized multi-injection control and modular machine architecture help reduce cycle time while increasing production flexibility. The system is widely applied in household goods, electronic components, automotive parts, and integrated functional products, and can be combined with automation systems to enhance production stability and line efficiency.

iMF 4.0 Intelligent ManuFactory

Real-Time Monitoring. Energy Visibility. Data-Driven Manufacturing

The iMF 4.0 Intelligent ManuFactory integrates machine operating data, production parameters, and energy consumption into a unified digital environment. Through real-time monitoring and visual analytics, manufacturers gain improved production transparency and management efficiency, supporting low-carbon manufacturing and smart factory upgrades.

Installed directly on injection molding machines and connected with peripheral equipment, the system enables adaptive process control and quality parameter management. Intelligent sensing modules improve yield and reduce waste, while predictive alerts help prevent unexpected downtime.
