Fu Chun Shin Machinery (FCS, 6603), a leading plastic injection molding machine manufacturer, reported consolidated revenue of NT$371 million for January 2026. This represents a decrease of 32.93% compared to NT$554 million in the previous month, and a slight increase of 0.59% compared to NT$369 million in the same period last year.

FCS noted that the first quarter typically coincides with the Lunar New Year holiday period, resulting in fewer working days and traditionally lower shipment volumes for the equipment industry. However, from the current order structure, demand continues to grow for high-end multi-component molding equipment, servo-driven energy-saving outward toggle systems, supercritical physical foaming technologies, and integrated smart manufacturing line solutions, maintaining strong order visibility for the company.

Founded in 1974, FCS provides injection molding machines ranging from 50T to 4000T, serving industries including automotive, packaging, electronics, medical, sports equipment, and consumer products. The company exports to more than 60 countries and operates manufacturing bases in Taiwan, Dongguan, Ningbo, Qianwan, and India.

FCS continues advancing integrated technical resources across its five production bases while promoting its AI-driven injection molding solutions, including smart manufacturing, turnkey production lines, and predictive maintenance services.

FCS observes that global sports events, especially world-class football tournaments, are accelerating adoption of T2T (Textile-to-Textile) circular recycling concepts. Footwear manufacturing is shifting toward “Performance First × Recyclability Compatible.” Traditional chemical foaming and EVA processes are gradually being replaced due to higher carbon emissions and limited recyclability.

The GENTREX Supercritical Physical Foaming Footwear System uses MuCell physical foaming injection molding technology with nitrogen gas, eliminating chemical additives. Compared with chemical foaming, it enables near-zero carbon emissions and supports 100% recyclable footwear materials.

The technology creates uniform microcell structures in TPU, TPEA, and TPEE materials, balancing rebound performance, stability, and recyclability, meeting global brand requirements for High Performance × Low Carbon × Circular Production.

Beyond footwear, FCS is expanding this technology into lightweight, high-cushioning applications such as automotive components, bicycle saddles, sports equipment, and ICT products, helping optimize its order structure toward higher value-added markets.
