FCS Group 2025 Spring Employee Trip – Twin City Adventure: Immerse in Da Nang’s Charm & Explore Hokkaido’s Snowy Wonderland

To help employees relax and strengthen team collaboration, FCS Group Taiwan organized the 2025 Spring Overseas Employee Trip, bringing team members to Da Nang, Vietnam and Hokkaido, Japan for two unforgettable journeys. This was more than just travel—it was a meaningful team experience. Through well-designed itineraries and immersive cultural exploration, everyone got to feel a different pace of life, broaden their perspectives, and build lasting friendships and synergy.

Traveling is one of the best ways to capture beautiful moments. Each destination, each burst of laughter, and each gathering became the most precious parts of this journey. The team had many chances to take group photos, creating memories to cherish and reflect on shared growth.

Charming Da Nang – Culture Meets Scenic Beauty

Located in central Vietnam, Da Nang is a resort city known for its stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and spectacular natural scenery. Highlights from this journey included:

• Hoi An Ancient Town — Step into a historic town filled with charming architecture and lantern-lit streets. Strolling on stone paths, we experienced the peaceful local lifestyle.
• Marble Mountains & Linh Ung Pagoda — Explore the limestone peaks and serene temples. Surrounded by mountains and spirituality, we found peace and mindfulness.
• Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge — Take the world’s longest cable car to reach the iconic golden bridge held by giant hands, overlooking the vast mountain range—a breathtaking experience like being lifted into the sky.
• My Khe Beach & Helio Night Market — Enjoy the sunshine and waves during the day, and by night, stroll through lively markets and sample delicious street food together.

Hokkaido – A Magical Land Through the Seasons

Hokkaido captivates visitors with its snow-covered scenery, hot springs, and gourmet delights. This trip included the following highlights:

• Sapporo & Otaru — A romantic stroll along the Otaru Canal, tasting authentic ramen and seafood, and admiring exquisite glass crafts unique to this charming town.
• Hakodate Night View — From the top of Mount Hakodate, enjoy one of the world's top three night views. The twinkling lights below shine like a sea of stars—truly unforgettable.
• Noboribetsu Onsen & Jigokudani (Hell Valley) — Relax in natural hot springs and witness the volcanic power of bubbling landscapes, enveloped in soothing steam.
• Furano & Biei — Be amazed by Hokkaido’s natural beauty in all seasons: fields of flowers, rolling hills, and a storybook atmosphere that feels like stepping into a dream.

Team Bonding – Shared Joy on the Journey

This trip wasn’t just about sightseeing—it was about strengthening connections between colleagues. The relaxed setting encouraged genuine conversations and boosted trust and cooperation.

Along the way, coworkers became travel companions—watching out for each other, sharing laughter, and tackling new adventures together. The company arranged culinary experiences, cultural tours, and team-building activities to ensure everyone felt supported and appreciated.

In celebration of March 8 – International Women’s Day, the Welfare Committee prepared a special surprise for all female travelers—fresh flowers to express gratitude and appreciation. On March 14 – White Day, they also sweetened the trip with chocolates, bringing joy and heartfelt memories that made the journey even more special.
