PET Preform Injection Molding Machine (PET Series)
Introduction
It is PET preform equipment, which is suitable for mineral water, carbonated beverages, fruit juices, edible oils, medicine jars and lotions, cosmetic packaging containers, etc. With its clamping force ranging from 90 tons to800 tons.
Characteristic
- PET special material design, increase the screw diameter and LD ratio, increase the injection volume and feed rate.
- It mainly products of 24 to 96 preforms, with the configuration of electric feeding, forming a double loop with the same action (as mold opening as feeding), molding cycle shortened about 4 to 6 seconds.
- It can be used with molds, blow bottles, filling, packaging and other equipment to provide customers with whole plant demand solutions.
- This series is great for producing various PET preforms, such as water bottles, hot-filled bottle, cooking oil bottles, wide mouth bottles, and 5- gallon large performs, etc.
