Introduction
PET preform equipment, which is specialized for mineral water bottles, carbonated beverages, fruit juices, edible oils, medicine jars and lotions, cosmetic packaging containers... etc. With clamping force ranging from 200 tons to 750 tons.
- PET material design, increase the screw diameter and LD ratio, raise the injection volume and charging rate.
- It mainly specialized for 24 to 96 cavities preforms, with the configuration of electric charging, forming a double loop (mold opening while charging), cycle time shortened about 4 to 6 seconds.
- It can be used with molds, blowing, filling, packaging and other equipment to provide customers with turnkey solutions.
