The Immune System of Injection Molding Machine- FCS Maintenance Package

It has been over 150 years since Humans have created and developed plastic material, and Injection molding machines play an important role in plastic processing industry. The machines need to run for long time during mass production, hence to ensure the continuous and stable molding is a critical issue for machine users and manufacturers. FCS Regular Maintenance Service Package is offered based on the used time and molding times of injection molding machines. It’s divided into 3 levels which are called DP, GP, and SP services. FCS provides detailed inspection and abnormal reports, analyzes the Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to give the best suggestions for improving the performance, availability and safety, in order to build a more steady and efficient production line for customers.

There are around 30 companies have contracted for more than 100 injection molding machines, including Taiwan, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia and Thailand of Southeast Asia, and also in the United States, Germany and India.
