Mr. Jerry Wang at FCS Group Attends the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association at the Invitation

The 6th China (Chongqing) International Plastics Industry Exhibition opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center on September 15. Mr. Jerry Wang, Chairman of Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. (“FCS Ningbo”), attended the opening ceremony and the 30th-anniversary celebration of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association (CPMIA) at the invitation.


During the exhibition, the general election of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Expertise Committee ("Expertise Committee") was held by the CPMIA. Hsiao-Chou Chen, Manager of the Technical Department of FCS Ningbo and Senior Engineer, was elected as a member of the Fourth Expertise Committee.

In parallel with the exhibition, the CPMIA celebrated its 30th anniversary with a gala dinner and held the awarding ceremony for the "Exemplars over the Past Three Decades of Growth of China's Plastics Machinery Industry". Several FCS members were recognized as exemplars. Specifically, Chairman Jerry Wang was awarded the title "Outstanding Entrepreneur"; Hsiao-Chou Chen and Deputy Executive General Manager Sam Kao were selected as "Technology Talent"; Deputy General Manager Ling-Yao Kao was recognized as "Technical Expert".

The past three decades have witnessed the course of development of China's plastics machinery industry and the relentless pursuit of innovation and progress of the CPMIA. As a vice chairing institution of the CPMIA, FCS Group will continue to uphold the CPMIA's leadership in order to make more contributions to the industry and provide more premium injection molding machines for users in the industry.

Multi-Component Injection Molding Machine
The rotary table two-component injection molding equipment is suitable for the production of two-component and multi-component products, including automotive lamp covers and livelihood supplies. Its clamping force ranges from 160 to 1,900 tons.
Distinctive strengths of the machine:

• During rotation, the rotary table does not come into contact with the mold plate to avoid faults resulting from wear.
• The motion of the rotary table controlled by the servomotor can shorten the rotation time by more than 50% and switch the speed more stably.
• The machine, equipped with the patented rotary table positioning fixture, achieves accurate positioning and extends the mold's service life.
• With the product insertion function, three-component and four-component products can also be molded to expand the scope of use.
