The Production Division in FCS Taiwan Headquarters is covering three functions: producing, manufacturing, and marketing which includes purchasing and shipping. The capacity is about 100 sets per month, up to 1,200 per year. Our features of production are "Specialization in work breakdown", and "Operations in high efficiency economies of scale". In addition to the flexible, continuous producible line and assembly line for small to large-sized machines, we also have test and inspection area for completed machines, to ensure the performance and quality of each product.

To strictly control product quality and enhance competitiveness, FCS processes the key parts in house and is one of the few industry players capable to do in-house machining for large injection molding machine parts. We have various kinds of precision machining equipment such as CNC lathes, five faces machining, large boring mill (APC), and high-precision machining equipment. These devices utilize on line CAD / CAM system to do standard processing to ensure the quality in high precision and stability.
