Taiwan head quarters received OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.

The third phase of FCS Ningbo plant was completed.

Pass the evaluation of TTQS Taiwan Training Quality System.

1000 kwp parallel solar power system completed and started wholesale electricity to Taiwan Power Company.

Started building solar power system at Taiwan headquarters, since then FCS branched out into green energy technology industry.

Plant moved to Pitou village, Guan-Miao Hsiang, Tainan County. Employees increased to 260 persons and with 20,000 square meter plant area.

Capital increased to NTD 6.6 million. Taipei & Taichung offices established.

President Wang Po-Hsun and his brother Wong Po-Li founded FCS at Tainan's Fu Chun road. Initial capital was NTD 100,000 and with 6 employees.
