In order to maintain our reputation of providing the best products with the highest quality, we are continuously researching on Design Production Skill. We have established a Research and Development Department for the very purpose of improving existing processes and creating new ones.

We are continuously working with research institutes such as the Taiwan Industry Research Institution to obtain first hand knowledge on latest improvements in plastic injection molding technology. We are also in the forefront of building new facilities and adapting advanced technologies such as FMS, FMC, CAD, CAM, Pro/ENGINEER, and Pro/MECHANICA.

       

Skilled technicians, specialized analytical systems, measurement systems and raw material research teams represent our efforts to bring new innovations and improvements to our products and to you always. We are able to utilize the newest design tools available such as Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/MECHANICA and CAD-CAM design tools.

Aside from our own R&D department, we are also in cooperation with the Taiwan Industry Research Institute to develop new products. We have also commissioned a Design Audit Committee to enforce critical supervision over new products so as to ensure our new products meet with our clients' needs for reliability and fast time-to-market.

  • Successfully developed fully automatic plastic injection molding machines.

  • Developed single injection cylinder injection mechanism.

  • All machines fitted with propotional flow pressure control system.

  • Developed first-generation bi-color injection molding machines.

  • Developed double injection cylinder injection mechanism.

  • Began developing the first-generation FCS machines.
  • 1987
  • Successfully developed single-toggle with direct press (400-600 tons).

  • Successfully developed "Hydro-mechanism" (750 tons and over).
  • 1990
  • Successfully developed second-generation bi-color injection molding machine.
  • Completed development of 1600-ton machine.
  • 1991
  • Launched the FCS-series machines.
  • 1992
  • Launched the FT and FS-series.
  • Brought in the ISO Quality Assurance System.

  • All machines employ FCS auto-lubricator.
  • Successfully developed color mixing machine.

  • Lauched FCS-3000 machine.

  • Applied the "CE-MARK".
  • The first Taiwanese PIM manufacturer has the "CE-MARK".

  • Successfully developed BMC injection molding machine: CAP series.
  • 2004
  • Successfully developed all electric injection molding machine:HE-20,HE-30.
  • FCS signed the technical exchange contract with PMC, and stared to produce Nano Mill.
  • 2006
  • First Taiwan Company unveil the Remote Monitor System.
  • Unveil new series, LM Two Platen Injection Molding Machine.
  • 2007
  • Cooperate with RKC (RKC Instrument Inc.) to develop Hi-End Control System.
  • FCS sold FT-3500 with 3500 tons clamping force to Nan Ya Plastic Co.
  • FCS unveil IML Turnkey Solution as the first one in Taiwan.
  • FCS unveil first servo-power saving injection machine, HT-SV series.
  • 2008
  • FCS unveil A-PACK IML Turnkey Solution at Sino Pack in March and adopt "A-PACK" as new identification for packaging industry.
  • FCS sold injection machine with world largest injection barrel set to Taichung. The screw diameter is 280 mm and the injection stroke is 1580 mm. The maximum injection weight could be more than 120 kg (P.V.C.).
