To all injection machine producers, there was no doubt that 2009 is a thriller year. For example, FCS got low orders in the first half year then the orders came back in 3rd season and got orders more than expected in the last season. And the sales in December were 4 times more compared to sales in January. In addition, there were machines worth more than USD$18 million on delivering.
According to the signs, the economy seems recovering and the future looks so good. But is it true? Can the enterprises rest struggling and face the future optimistically? In my opinion, we still can’t relax. By observing the economic reports, most of these reports forecasted that the economy will grow for 3%~4%. After analyzing the data, you will find that the economy recovery comes with the lower economic base in 2009. And in fact, the recovery was supported mostly by the restructured policy from the governments. But these initiative policies also caused heavy loadings to the countries financial situation, so some of the countries won’t execute financial activities as strong as they did in 2009. That means the economy will have to operate under the market mechanism. That is why Morgan Stanley forecasted the economy will grow by 4% but the growth rate of the G10 countries will be only 2%.
Should we face the coming 2010 pessimistically? Not necessary. As I mentioned the economy growth rate will be 3%~4% in 2010. And the contribution from those developed countries will b lower than 3% but the developing countries will contribute much higher. For example, base on the initiative policies like promoting infrastructure and subsidizing white goods and cars at countryside, the economy growth rate was forecasted more than 8%. And the other countries are also forecasted optimistically such as Brazil 5%, India 7%, Russia 5%, Indonesia 5%, Thailand 4% and Africa also 4%. These areas are full of opportunities. It depends on how the companies to run business in these areas.
Facing 2010, FCS will act optimistically but carefully. We expects sales turnover growing stably. The main reasons are FCS already well known in the developing areas such as BRICs, South East Asia and Africa. FCS will keep on developing these areas through existed channels. In addition, FCS has devoted to transfer from machine maker to “ precise plastic molding service suppliers” for years. And the achievement was obviously observed. We unveiled “ APACK IML Turnkey Solution”, “ Beverage Packaging Turnkey Solution ”, “ PET Vacuum Blood Tube Production System” and “ LM, Two Platen Injection Machine” in the past years. All these solutions were appreciated by customers. FCS will base on the strategy and keep on developing the precise plastic molding services. In addition, FCS will enlarge the synergy of the whole group to satisfy the customers from the whole world in 2010. |
