2010 Taipei Plas will be held from March 5 to 9 in Taipei. In this exhibition, Fu Chun Shin (FCS) will show her injection molding systems which contain high technology elements, including “new A-PACK In Mold Labeling Turnkey Solution”, “AH-SV Servo Energy-Saving PMMA Thick-wall Injection Molding System”, and “AF-SV Medical Parts Injection Molding System”. These systems have their own features, not even reflect the market request and industry developing trend for energy saving and environmental protection, and also represent FCS’ capabilities of R&D and system integration.
1. New A-PACK In Mold Labeling Turnkey Solution
FCS successfully integrates the automatic and injection molding techniques as an A-PACK IML turnkey solution which has been launched around two years before and received appreciative criticisms from the customers. So far, FCS has sold A-PACK IML system to China, Korea, and Sudan, and has been producing the other 7 sets for delivery in early of 2010. In order to provide more efficient system, FCS develops new IML system and chooses 2010 Taipei Plas to make its debut, which includes a new AF series injection molding machine and a new label feeding system, producing thin-wall round cups. This system not only keeps the advantages of stability, high speed, and energy saving, but also develops a muti-function feeding module which can afford vacuum or static label absorbing upto customers’ requirements. FCS IML System consists of 4 components including AF-200, a hi-speed hybrid close loop injection molding machine, 4 cavities hot-runner mold, new label feeding system and product taking system, and labels for IML process. This system could increase the production efficiency and decrease the cost, for example, the round cup is taking around 5 sec of cycle time, and the throughput could be around 2 million per month.
2. AH-SV Servo Energy-saving PMMA Thick-wall Injection Molding System
To be aiming at the global trend of power saving, FCS integrates Japanese technology as a new servo energy saving system which highly increases the saving and production efficiency of thick-wall PMMA parts. In 2010 Taipei Plas, FCS would like to display the remarkable performance of this system and produce a PMMA thick-wall product which is 200g and cycle time is around 120 sec. This system adopts Japanese high efficiency servo motor and pump control technology, which means the servo motor only works when necessary so that It can accomplish high energy saving. Under the ideal situation, the energy saving could be 40% better than variable pumps, and the energy consumption could even achieve 70%~80% lower than traditional pumps. Another, FCS adopts Nihon Yuki’s Hungry Feeder device for this system, which helps to stably fill the plastic materials and precisely control the shot volume. It also decreases the screw abrasion and temperature, shortens the cycle time and dramatically saves more energy. Besides, due to the molding problems which often happen on transparent PMMA thick wall products such as silver marks, bubbles, and sink marks, FCS uses the optical-grade alloy screw which usually be adopted for producing light guiding boards, and integrates Hungry Feeder device. This integration could approve the surface appearance of transparent parts, decrease the defective rate, and even extends the mold maintain cycle. Therefore, this is a perfect solution for thick wall or long cycle production.
3. AF-SV Medical Parts Injection Molding System
In consideration of the requirement of medical parts production, FCS develops AF-SV Medical Parts Injection Molding system and chooses Taipei Plas for the first debut stage, formally announcing to step into the medical application region. Generally, medical parts industries require clean, stable, precise, and power saving conditions for injection molding. FCS medical parts injection molding system aims at those specific conditions to make customized design. The system adopts the most advanced “Three servo” design which include “Servo Energy Saving System”, “AC Servo-motor Feeding System”, and “Close-loop Servo Valve and Controller System” as the base, and has the advantages of high response, high stability, and high precision. Comparing with a traditional machine, this system is cleaner, more precision, and more saving. Furthermore, FCS AF series injection molding machine has been used for optical part production in the clean rooms, so it completely suits for the requirements of medical part industry such as clean, stable, precise, and energy saving. The display in 2010 Taipei Plas for example, the 48 cavities dental anesthesia needle covers take around 7 sec per cycle, and the throughput is 17 millions per month. This system is a specific series that FCS designs for medical parts industry. No matter for producing needles, blood absorbing tubes, blood lancets, or dialysis loop parts, FCS can satisfy all customer needs.
