The PlastIndia2009, 7th International Plastics Exhibition & Conference, will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India during Feb. 4 - 9, 2009.

Last time, the Plastindia 2006 was a grand success. Spread over a gross area of 65,541 sq.m. with total number of 1288 exhibitors out of which 327 were overseas exhibitors.  There were 80,000 business visitors thronged the exhibition.

To catch the business opportunities, FCS will join the PLASTINDIA 2009. In the show, FCS will demonstrate AF series, High-Speed / Close-Loop Hybrid Injection Molding Machine. The AF series is designed based on Finite Element Analysis to ensure the machine’s durability. It also applies bi-loop controlling system to execute material feeding and mold opening/closing simultaneously thus shorten the cycle time. The system also enables central managing and online monitoring through network. The AF series combines the advantage of hydraulic machine and all electric machine. On the one hand, the electric system enables the machine to process precisely. On the other hand, the hydraulic structure keeps the feature of hydraulic machine such as high holding pressure, high injection speed. Besides, the cost of hybrid machine is much lower than the cost of all-electric machine. With AC-servo motor, close loop valve and accumulator, the AF series is very stable and the injection speed could reach 700mm/sec. The machine could save energy consumption for almost 30%. AF series is suitable for producing precise electric parts and ultra thin wall products.

FCS has served India customers for a long time and even set up India Office in 2003. India is very important to FCS. We think AF series could help our India customers getting more competitive advantage, said general manager Mr. Wang. India is becoming as strong as China because India has a large scale of market size and also cheap production cost. For example, the car company TATA bought Jaguar and Land Rover from Ford in 2008. Many famous companies set up their India factory like Samsung, AMD, Nokia, etc. In addition, India is more close to Middle-East Asia and Europe than China. This makes India can playing a different role for the Global Logistics.
