2008 IPF Exhibition will be held at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo during 7-11 November. Fu Chun Shin (FCS) will present the A-PACK In Mold Labeling Turnkey Solution in the show.
The A-Pack IML Turnkey Solution could be applied to all kinds of beverage cup, such as milk, yoghourt, tea, coffee, juice, and mineral water. FCS IML Solution consists of 4 components including AF series, hi-speed hybrid close loop injection molding machine, hot-runner mould, product stacking system and label inserting system. The system is a high efficient production line. For example, to produce 250cc Round Cup with 4 cavities, the cycle time could be reached 6~8 seconds, and the throughput more than 1.2million per month.
The solution was unveiled at 2008 Sino Pack in Dongguan, China in March. From the sow to now, the solution has already sold out to many customers from China, Korea and Sudan. Actually, the solution just won the first prize for Product Innovation Competition in 2008 Taipei Plas. According to the vice general manager, Mr. Wang, said FCS is very self-confident to sell the solution to Japanese customers. It is so stable and the performance is so good as Japanese machines.
