The product innovation competition has declared the winners on Sep.19. Fu Chun Shin won the prize again. The A-PACK IML Turnkey Solution was awarded as the best achievement. It shows that FCS takes the lead in product development and put into a lot resource to develop product.
A-PACK IML Turnkey Solution was a accomplishment from the cooperation of FCS and Supreme Technic Package Co., Ltd. The purpose of the system is to help the users building a highly efficient production system and to produce pretty and environmental friendly containers.
According to the project manager Mr. Chens explanation, A-PACK IML Turnkey Solution consist include 4 key sub-system including 1) AF series, hi-speed hybrid close loop injection molding machine, 2) hot-runner mould, 3) product stacking system and 4) label inserting system. For producing 250cc Round Cup with 4 cavities, its cycle time is as short as 6 sec, and the throughput can be more than 1.2million per month. In addition, it can adopt kinds of labels, such as 3D effect, RFID, Metal coating, etc., due to it patented design.
