4. AH-SV series
It adopts Japanese high efficiency servo motor and pump control technology. It accomplish high energy saving, high precise, high response, less noise and easy controller. Under ideal situation, the energy saving could be 40% better than variable pump and even 70%~80% lower energy consumption than traditional pump.
In addition, the machine adopts highly sensitive pressure feedback equipment. The close loop design leads the machine performance more precisely and stably. Because the servo motor just work when necessary and it wont create extra heat and that will keep the low oil temperature. Sometime the hydraulic oil even doesnt need to use extra power to cool down. And this will helps the machine to save more energy. By adopting the advanced controller, the oil pressure and flow can be controlled by entering parameters through the control panel.
5. All Electric Injection Machine, HE-50
Its an achievement of an R&D alliance. This alliance consists of 5 Taiwan companies who are the major suppliers of injection machine. Under the directing of an official Technology Project, FCS and the others unveil the achievement by demonstrating the All Electric Injection Machine, HE-50.
6.Online Monitoring System
The purpose of the Online Monitoring System is to help the users to build a automatically producing factory and also reduce the invest of users. The system is featured with online monitoring, exception warning, online SPC (Statistic Process Control), smart distance diagnosis and online consulting. The system can also be connected with the existed ERP system to manage the production situations.
