Fu Chun Shin (FCS), the famous Taiwan injection machine maker sold a large injection machine FT-3000M featured with 3000 tons clamping force and the world largest injection barrel set to customer in Taichung Taiwan. According to the specification of the machine, the diameter of the screw is 280 mm, the injection stroke is 1580 mm and the maximum injection weight could reach 140 kg/shot for CPVC. The customer of FCS will use the machine to produce PVC connector and supply to the public construction market. 

FCS sold many machine with more than 1680 tons clamping force for these months including LM series, the two platen injection machine. The vice general manager of Taiwan FCS, Mr. Wang, said they got many orders for large machine. In fact there are more than 20 machines with clamping force more than 1000 tons waiting to be shipped to customers in the world.

Mr.Xie, the project leader of this machine, said though this machine was almost the world largest injection machine but the concept is quite different from the other machine maker. This machine was equipped with the largest injection barrel. And the customer adopts CPVC and UPVC as the product material. Because CPVC is very easy to have decomposition reaction during feeding material, itˇs quite a challenge for FCS to make sure the machine work smoothly in feeding material. And with rich experience and knowledge in material and machine development, FCS satisfy customerˇs need at last.
