2008 19th Malaysia International Rubber, Plastic, Mould and Die Industry Technology Exhibition will be held at Putra World Trade Centre, P.W.T.C. Kuala Lumpeur during 16-19 July. Fu Chun Shin (FCS) will show the New Generation Double Modes Injection Molding Machine: HN-150.
The HN-Series are two modes to be selected according to different product. The first mode is for ordinary situation such as PP and ABS products. The second is for the products need high pressure such as PC, PMMA, LCP and other products requiring high holding pressure. This patented feature allows the same machine to produce products need high injection speed or high injection pressure. In addition, there is no need to replace any parts to get the function. All the users need to do is to set up the mode they need through FCS-2100 controller. Furthermore, by featured regeneration loop, the HN series need less energy than traditional machines to reach the same or even higher speed and pressure.
