1.The clamping unit was deigned based on the FEA analysis and toggle structure design software. By adopting box movable platen and high rigid fixed platen structure, can achieve high strength and weary-resistance.
2.Using auto lubrication system and oiliness bearing on the moving parts of platen and toggle, it can also save maintenance cost of oil consumption and keep the machine cleaner.
3.Using patented single injection cylinder structure, HN-60 can avoid simultaneity problem of double injection cylinder and suitable for high speed molding. Adopting high torsion and high efficiency hydraulic motor, it can also save plasticizing time and then achieve energy-saving.
4.By using advanced oil circuit design, HN-60 can cooperate with injection close loop system and ensure the stability of all kinds of precise parts and improve good product rate.
5.The features, multi-stage back pressure control and proportional back pressure control, are optional which make back pressure control easier and more precise and then meet kinds molding needs.
6.Using optimal hydraulic and electric system, HN-60 can have good performance with injection speed up to 130 mm/sec and injection pressure up to 2928 kgf/cm2 and meet needs of kinds of small and precise molding.
