The FB-200R, Two Components Injection Molding Machine is equipped with single cylinder injection structure and accurate confirmation of the rotation position. The designs drive the FB-200R moving not only stably but also precisely. The injection unit of AF series adopts AC servo motor and accumulator. It offers the accuracy and energy-saving feature. The energy saving could achieve 35% and the maximum injection speed could be 600P/sec. Its suitable for producing precise electric parts and thin wall products. The HN series adapted with the patented regeneration loop. The injection unit allow two operation modes on the same console. This feature is the standard equipment of HN series. No replacement of any part is required since it takes only the set up on the screen of controller to allow very convenient use.
