The 20^th ChinaPlas held by Adsale Exhibition Service Ltd. has ended successfully in Shanghai New International Expo Center. The exposition attracted 1,420 exhibitors from 29 countries and regions, including Austria, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Britain, America, China and Taiwan. It was the best among the previous fairs with 9,200 square meters display area and over 1000 equipments. According to the statistics, nearly 60,000 people visited the ChinaPlas 2006, including over 9000 overseas visitors from 1000 countries and regions. The number of overseas visitors has rose 20%, mainly from Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other Southeast Asia Countries. As far as the scale and visitors are concerned, ChinaPlas 2006 has made a new record and become one of the most important International Plastic Expo. in China.

     There were 8 exhibition halls used in the exposition, which created history. The main reason is that the display area of European and American manufactures increased in a large scale. Engel (Austria), Demag (Germany), Arburg, and Husky (Canada), etc. all showed with the standard of K fair, which increased the display area and bettered the exhibition content. We can see that European and American manufacturers lay great emphases on Chinese market, many of them have set factories in China, creating profound influence on the development of Chinese Injection Molding Line. Moreover, the display area of Taiwan Manufacturers also increased largely, so the mainland will still be the major market for Taiwan's enterprises.

    In terms of the exhibition content, ChinaPlas has been the best among all the plastic expositions in China from the beginnging. In this fair, the clamping force distributed extensively from 10 tons to 1800 tons, but the small machines below 200 tons still occupied an important place. High-speed Injection, All Electric IMM, Hybrid IMM, Bi(tri)- Injection, PET and CAP were the main subject. And some special molding technology were displayed, such as In Mold Labeling, Gas Assisted Injection Molding, Silicon Injection Molding, BMC Molding and so on. The finished products of molds were more diversified, from common domestic hardware products to precise electronic components, food packing containers, and automobile accessories, etc. Among which, products concerning mobile phones were the main stream, such as screen panel, Light- Guide plate, SD Card, battery case, connector, ultra thin pressed key.

    The European and American manufacturers stood out with special process, such as Silicon Injection Molding, High-Speed PET Preform Molding, Two-Platen Machines, In Mold Labeling, Stake Mold Technology, etc. The Japanese producers kept the superiority of All-Electric IMM, Korean ones focused on items concerning mobile phones. Taiwan and mainland competed with them with Bi(Tri)-Injection molding, energy saving, small two-platen machines, high-speed CAP Molding, etc. In this fair, the structure and contour of some mainland machines were similar with European and American ones, which showed that part of the mainland producers still imitated others and lacked the ability of technology innovation.

    Fu Chun Shin (FCS) has been putting in researching and innovation, and introduces AF series��Hybrid High-pricise IMM. 2.4 inches Light-Guide Plate with 0.4mm thickness was on display, which attracted many buyers' attentions. Besides, the 'Turnkey Solution' was more cared about in Chinese market. In the fair, several producers showed IML, FCS combined with its Japanese partner-ADY, displaying '4 Cavities Cell Phone Screen Cover Molding- In Mold Roller'. They are the focus of the exposition.
