Established in Dec 2001, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) steps in the fifth year. At the beginning of 2006, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) successfully delivered the first 1420T large machine to the customer in Pakistan, which is a milestone on the history of sales abroad.
Two important meanings exist in the abroad order. Firstly, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) proves the ability to produce Super Large IMM. In fact, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) accepted the order of super large IMM in recent days, including 1680T machine. When the deal is completed, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) will put the production ability to a new stage. It is estimated that Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) can manufacture the super larege IMM with clamping force up to 2700T, and it is probably to come true in 2006. Secondly, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) shoulders heavy responsibility of manufacture module, which strongly supports Fu Chun Shin Group to cut down cost. Under the condition that competition on the sale abroad market becomes hot day by day, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) supplies cost-effective & competitive products. All the facilities and process becomes perfect from Sep 2004, when the new plant of Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) was completed. The new HN series began to be manufactured in 2005, and the order became flourishing from the second half year in 2005. The turnover increased by 55% from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, the order continues to be flourishing, and the turnover in the first season is expected to be 4 times compared with the same season in last year. The order makes full production to May now. To meet increasing order demand, Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) will begin to construct the second plant in the middle of 2006. At that time, the capacity of production will be doubled. |
