1. High Speed/Close Loop Hybrid Injection Molding Machine: AF series
AF series-Hybrid Injection Molding Machine, combines both hydraulic and electric structures. On the one hand, the electric structure enables the machine to process with great precision and energy saving, and on the other hand, the hydraulic structure keeps the specific feature of high holding pressure. That is, not only with the cost less than Electric Injection Molding Machine, but AF series can effectively improve the problems of energy consuming and poor precision in traditional hydraulic system, and also largely reduce the pollution and noise problems. AF series uses the latest AC servomotor electric screw drive (ESD), mated to Germany MOOG close-loop high-respond servo valve and accumulator. The maximum injection speed can reach 700mm/sec. The machine boosts the characteristics of high efficiency, precision, stability and energy saving, so it is suitable for producing ultra thin-wall, tiny and complicated 3C electric precise product, such as ultra thin-wall container, thin-wall CD case, Smart Card, smart media-card, connector tool, precise gear wheel and etc.
2. Two-Component Injection Molding Machine: FB series
The clamping force of Two-component injection molding machine can reach 1000 tons. The high-speed close loop precision two-component injection-molding machine is developed for using in ultra-thin articles. It adopts double close loop, double accumulators and double ESD structures, which upgrades the two-component injection in high technology and quality. This kind of machine is mated to Germany MOOG close-loop high-respond servo valve, it is suitable for producing two-component products, e.g. mobile phones key, tools grab handle, pens and car lights. FB-200R adopts single cylinder injection structure and patent rotation position clamp stroke and cooling system in the molds.
3. Toggle Clamping Injection Molding Machine: HN-125
Adapted with the patented regeneration loop, the new generation HN series injection units allow two operation modes on the same console. If Hi-Speed mode (Type I) is selected for the molding of ordinary PP and ABS products, it eliminates the consumption of oil return, saves power consumption and improves injection speed. When the Hi-Pressure Mode (Type II) is selected for the molding of PC, Acrylic or LCP and other products requiring high holding pressure by permitting higher injection pressure. HN-150 adapted with the patented regeneration loop. The injection unit allows two operation modes on the same console. This feature is the standard equipment of HN series. No replacement of any part is required since it takes only the set up on the screen of controller to allow very convenient use. This patented feature allows the same console to be operated for high injection speed products and high injection pressure products at the same time to significantly expand the applications of the console.
